My practice centers strengthening your relationship to you and your own intuition. I’m here to ask questions, hold space, and guide you towards getting clearer about your needs and desires in life and relationships. Once we get clear about these, we can begin to build a roadmap together that gets you closer to the shifts you hope to experience.

This roadmap can include recognizing barriers (what’s getting in your way, and how are you participating?), processing trauma (how do the lived experiences of you and your ancestors inform how safe you feel to show up in the world?), and somatic practices (getting out of our heads, and dropping into the wisdom of our bodies).

My work is informed by psychodynamic and attachment theories, and I draw from modalities like narrative, cognitive behavioral therapy, and internal family systems. I have a relational approach and utilize mindfulness and trauma-informed care in our work together.

Topics I work with clients around include spirituality, racial identity, gender, sexuality, trauma and intergenerational trauma, grief, and pleasure. I work with clients that occupy a variety of relationship constellations (romantic, platonic, familial) with diverse and intersecting identities.

I am licensed to practice in the states of New York and California. My rate is $275 for 45 minute sessions, with some sliding scale spots available.
